Our new concept is Gillet Brasserie & Lounge with its interior design and wide range of menues. We want to create Uppsala's most vibrant and exciting meeting point where both the international visitor and local Uppsala citizens can feel at home.
In our á la carte menu you can choose between anything from pasta and hamburger to Tournedos Rossini and Bouillabaisse. In our newly renovated bar you will find a wide and exciting drinklist which we mix with great care and fresh fruits. Our popular brunch is set up between 12-15 on Saturdays and Sundays and in our banquet hall you can arrange dinners and parties for up to 130 people.
The main aim with our restaurant is to provide top quality in everything we do where you as our guest can enjoy a relaxed and living atmosphere.
We are open for dinner Monday - Saturdat 17.30 - 22.00, the bar stays open Monday - Thursday between 17.00 - 00.00, Friday 16.00 - 01.00 and Saturday 17.00 - 01.00!
